Insight: For PMI to have a successful digital transformation, the company needed to create a new design system based on atomic design principles and migrate to Figma.

Solution: As Lead Visual Designer, I created a visual identity and design language for the new design system, Catalyst, and as well initiated team design principles, a new illustration system and its documentation for the Zero Height public design system.
