A human-centered, AI-enabled case hub for life-insurance advisors.
Life insurance advisors and case managers reconcile data from disconnected sources—Salesforce, Google Workspace, Drive, carrier portals, illustration systems and client medical and financial documents—to underwrite cases, design products and prepare proposals. Manual gathering, rekeying and spreadsheet or PowerPoint assembly make it slow, error-prone and hard to scale.
Compliance adds another layer. For new sales and annual reviews, teams pull policy data, run new and in-force illustrations, check guidelines and regulations, and document compliant, client-friendly recommendations. As volume grows, capacity shrinks, responses slow and operational and compliance risk rises.

AdvisorHub extracts key fields from compliance documents, carrier PDFs, medical records and financial statements into one structured case record. Enter a client or policy ID and an AI case assembler pulls the latest data from CRM, email, carrier portals and cloud folders into a single workspace to review, edit and approve. The goal: cut complex-case prep from hours to under 45 minutes, with better data quality and compliance documentation.

AdvisorHub automates collection, assembly, and drafting; advisors keep full control over interpretations, recommendations, and client communications.

A responsive app with a chat assistant, balancing control and automation, lets the advisor collect data and review and generate policy reports. These screens capture the initial data-extraction and report-generation idea.
Personal data, advisor bias, regulation, data manipulation, underwriting and transparency all put key ethical principles at stake in life insurance. These are the risks a product like AdvisorHub must guard against.

AdvisorHub shouldn’t be another generic insurance-automation platform. Its strongest opportunity is to be a human-controlled intelligence layer for complex casework—connecting fragmented information, making progress visible, and preserving advisor judgment.
For life insurance advisors and case teams managing complex, fragmented information, AdvisorHub is a transparent AI case workspace that assembles data, documents, illustrations, and tasks into one reviewable view. It moves professionals from scattered information to informed action without hiding the sources or taking over the decision.

The product identification and research suggests that AdvisorHub should not be positioned as another generic insurance automation platform. Its strongest opportunity is to become a human-controlled intelligence layer for complex life insurance casework—one that connects fragmented information, makes progress visible, and preserves advisor judgment. The findings below distinguish between direct evidence from the project analysis and strategic interpretation derived from that evidence.
Context + source material + task + analytical lens + output format + limitations
Brand context + audience + business objective + strategic territory + required language characteristics + output constraints
Prompt: You are assisting with a brand strategy project for AdvisorHub. Review the following Advisor Hub project analysis. Identify recurring needs, emotional motivations, barriers to participation, and opportunities for differentiation along with categories listed below. Separate direct evidence from interpretation. Present the findings in tables, or in text for information or table when necessary. Do not invent statistics or customer quotes. Also, develop three positioning directions for AdvisorHub based on the information below and format. Each direction should communicate measurable progress while remaining human and inclusive. Avoid clichés.

·“Intelligence” may sound technical or generic.
·The platform could be perceived as a dashboard rather than an active assistant.
·The positioning may underemphasize emotional benefits such as advisor capacity and client connection.
·“Whole case” must be qualified if not every system or carrier is connected.

I took the AI ideas and my ideas and sketched to explore the concepts and metaphors from the brand brief. After sketching, I asked Firefly to take the sketches and create graphic shapes to bring into Illustrator to explore the ideas with typography.
Prompt: Take this reference image of black and white hand sketches and create clean graphic shape, black and white vector graphics for each symbol and display on a white background.
AI generated 20 visual metaphors from the brand strategy; I sketched them alongside my own ideas, used Firefly to clean the sketches into vector shapes, then refined the mark and typography in Illustrator. The logo’s pyramid symbolizes growth and stability: three decision strands merge from a square, circle and triangle—scattered information—so the advisor sees the whole picture for the client.
